Would not Reconmend

What do you like best?

Ops stores all customer's information in one place, allowing all departments to be able to access it based on simple information like table key, first and last name, address, etc.

What do you dislike?

Ops takes a while to pull up and logs you out of the system within what seems like 2 minutes of not using it. This is a huge inconvenience when you have to refer back to it several times throughout the day.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This helped the company resolve the problem of keeping all data in one place, being able to see when customers are being scheduled for exams and so forth.
