What do you like best?

I love OpenWater. Not only is the system easy to use and to customize to your specific program, but the customer service is phenomenal. Any time i have a question or concern they respond immediately, and also do our external client-facing customer service as well.

What do you dislike?

We are currently working with our support reps to add in a few more layers of customization. Part of OpenWater's excellent price point is that we do a bit more of the heavy lifting in terms of set up, but with tons of support.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I love this software and the easy of use - especially the always looking to improve team I work with there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

OpenWater is how we solicit proposals for our conferences. I have only worked at NAIS since they've had OpenWater so not sure what this process was like before, but I can't imagine managing nearly 1000 proposals for 100-200 slots without this technology.
