Really, really fast searching

What do you like best?

Boolean searching through emails and documents via our DM system is amazingly fast. Even the crazy searches (ie. I got an email from someone named Smith in 2009 about a mortgage) comes back fast. And you can preview the document and open it right from within Decisiv.

What do you dislike?

Really disappointed in Open Text's native search - they integrated a whole new product AND CHARGE US FOR IT!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Gives our attorneys the ability to find documents otherwise forgotten about. Retrieves and displays documents fast so no time is wasted looking for answers to someone on the phone.
