What do you like best?
The tool is easy to use (drag and drop). You can create jobs and sub-jobs. You can export automated script and exexute them from windows shell. All you have to do is install a JVM in your terminal. Also, you can easily access the component source code and modify them to suit your needs uskng JAVA.
What do you dislike?
The CPU and RAM consumption is very disturbing. Also, it is missing so components such as an elasticsearch connector.

TOS for ESB is a an easy to use ETL and full of features. If you are looking for other similar products, I advice you to consult TOS first
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used TOS for ESB during my internship at sagemcom. The goal was to build a job (script) that scrap data from different heterogeneous sources and combine them together (aggregate them) before uploading them to a NO-SQL database.
