At its core, OpCon has a robust, reliable automation engine that just works
What do you like best?
Once a schedule has been created/implemented within OpCon, I can be sure that it's going to run. The core engine underpinning the system is rock-solid. Our 'daily' tools allow us to easily see and forcast what jobs/schedules are due for the day allowing insight into up and coming work for our production staff.
What do you dislike?
Many of the ancillary tools/services that are there to aid development can often be buggy, difficult to work with or have been targeted at scenarios far to specific to have a wide reach. Thus very often we end up implementing toolsets that OpCon has offerings for but ours end up executing work better.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Complete end-to-end automation of our customer data processing where previously we were achieving a 60% automation vs. 40% human interaction with our home-grown automation system. Though the use of OpCon we have established standards and guidelines that weren't previously possible allowing us to drive a new level of processing efficiency and accuracy for our clients
