What do you like best?
OnPay was listed as one of the top payroll companies for small business because of the price and ease of use. I have been using OnPay since January and have had no issues. For the price it is a great alternative to bigger payroll companies. I was able to setup my 401k and medical deductions right through the portal. It also calculates your company 401k match.
What do you dislike?
It was a little difficult to setup, but once setup it's great. I wish there was better control of the paycheck dates. Instead of picking your date every pay period you have to pick a schedule.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great alternative to the larger companies. I did my research and found OnPay was one of the top payroll providers for small businesses. I was also able to get questions answered via email instead of sitting on hold waiting for a live person. It has the same capabilities as the other companies but at a much better price.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I was tired of paying higher prices with other companies. I can control my payroll and all my reports are at my fingertips. I like that I can setup 401k and other deductions easily. I also like the different reports that are easy to access.
