Amazing information & organization

What do you like best?

The incredible information and reports you can pull. The ease of communicating with donors is wonderful, once the text and email messages are set up.

What do you dislike?

The setup work is time consuming, especially since you are new to the site and unfamiliar with all the steps. Tutorials are great, but when you are a one-man show, your time is at a premium spent setting up all the parts.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Plan time for setup, but then you have an amazing tool with endless information about your event, donors, bidders, ticket purchasers, timing etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Capturing the data from auction bidders to be able to communicate after the fact is great. No more trying to figure out the writing to see who won the auction item. The auto notification when you have been outbid has increased the # of bids and the bid amount for the auction items.
