What do you like best?

OnContact CRM is profoundly customizable; giving a way to clients to adjust their screen formats and change toolbars, fastens, and fields to accommodate their own individual work processes and business rules. It also features prevalent statistical analysis, global search functionality, interactive reports and dashboards, easy customization tools, and integration with QuickBooks, Outlook, Gmail, and more. The item is amazingly easy to alter, and the help that I get from the Support staff at Workwise has been outstanding to work with. In addition, the search capacity and channels make it feasible for you to get right to the open door you are searching for. The adaptability to adjust the program to your business needs. The adaptability to alter the program to your business needs. The tools function as planned. Perhaps the best part of the tool is account management. OnContact is easy to use generally. The help team they have for investigating is great.

What do you dislike?

Bringing in information will in general be somewhat troublesome as it should be the exact format all together for the import to take place. It is a touch of befuddling. It appears to operate rather gradually. Reliably hinders the more you utilize the program. Bringing in data is not the most instinctive, yet the care staff is always there to help.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cross-platform access with versatile app, entirely great functionality, and easy to bounce between screens. Great organizational tool and the ability to organize tasks. It is extremely easy to do easy to medium unpredictability customization in OnContact to address business issues. Overall, a great CRM software if you are aware of what you are up to.
