Great platform that's simple to use for physical clinics hoping to get into telemedicine
What do you like best?
The customer service during onboarding and throughout has been excellent. The support and service are a big plus and reason why we like the platform.
What do you dislike?
The features are a little limited, and some basic bugs should have been flushed out. The app is a little rough around the edges still at this stage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The service support is fantastic, but the software could use more work to improve features. The mobile app is a little disjointed from the web app. Overall the experience for the user could be made smoother. The great thing is, our customer support reps have been fantastic, and they have taken many of our requests for improvements and have implemented them. Overall we are very happy about the service despite its shortfalls in the feature set due to the response of the customer service and the quick changes made on the platform to address our urgent concerns.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We needed an off the shelf ready to go digital platform that allows us to see patients online given the global pandemic. The process to launch has been smooth and quite fast to get off the ground, a 6-8 week period from start to finish.
