OnArrival Eases Onsite Stress
What do you like best?
I love efficiency of getting sessions into OnArrival, this is automatically completed through Cvent, or can be uploaded from another document if you're not using Cvent Events to host your conference agenda.
What do you dislike?
For our biggest event, with over 900 speakers, we want to make sure we know they are on site and ready for their presentation, a quick way for us to do this is to have them check-in with our speaker support team separately than checking in to the event.
Because this event isn't completed through the Cvent Events side, our speakers aren't already in the system, and setting up a separate "event" to check them in isn't the best experience.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One of the biggest problems our team has solved with using OnArrival is using this app for session scanning. We want to know the demographics and number of attendees for each of our sessions, and this makes it super easy.
The app is very user friendly and other on-site staff are easily trained. We've been able to collect data we've never had before by just doing a "head count" in each room.
