What do you like best?

The service from staff has been understanding and thorough, I've barely needed it but as soon as I had a question I was answered promptly and get the best solution for my business and my clients. Omny is my podcast platform of choice. The analytics are second to none, and the interface is extremely accessible.

What do you dislike?

Perhaps, the only thing I could say I dislike is that it isn't dominant in the market, meaning I have to understand other platforms as well to help with clients, I'd make everyone use Omny if I could.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Omny is usable for everyone. it is accessible from novice to expert and allows seamless integration of production from the network level to the individual show. Omny makes the delivery of my content easy and provides great feedback and analytics for clients.
