I like that the dispensing system is clear so that you can see exactly what is being dispensed.

I dislike how slow the system can be, and how long it takes to resolve an error.

I am solving the problem of taking a long time to get medications because the system dispenses the medications very quickly, I have realized it benefits patients and healthcare professionals by limiting errors.
