Advanced user of Office 365 Migration PlannerIt allows me to create a several batches for those users' email inboxes to be migrated from an on-premise server to the cloud.
Some email inboxes could take several hours to complete the transition depending on how big the inboxes were.
I highly recommend others to develop a game plan including system requirements, communication & number and size of mailboxes. Without the game plan, there would be a huge delay in migrations.
Develop success criteria and a communication / training plan was the highest key. Communication with users has benefited me because I can establish a timeline to meet the company needs. If there was no response within one or two users, then there would be a delay in the email migrations until the users become available.
