What do you like best?

Exactly what I need to effectively run my business. Entirely removes the need for spreadsheets and separate files. Easy to track progress of each deal and critical dates.

What do you dislike?

Downside is actually a positive in this case. I'm able to work closely with the team to tweak areas that could benefit the greater audience.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider the functionality of the product and how various departments can greatly benefit from use of a single platform. Critical dates, documents, updates, tasks, maps, abstracts are all available with a single click. Experience of the founding team in real estate was also key in deciding to move forward with Occupier.

Helps keep team members organized in one central location and able to assign tasks to relevant parties to keep deals moving forward and a timely manner.
