Advanced user of OccasionI like the user side experience. The customer is given clear and attractive user side options and it is easily used by our customer. However, on the backend, there are a lot of workarounds we are required to figure out to get it to operate how we want.
However, on the backend, there are a lot of workarounds we are required to figure out to get it to operate how we want. The response from the customer service team has usually been good. But they change a lot of stuff often with how it works and that is oftentimes making it hard to use on our end since we have recurring things set up in the system.
Setting up Occasion "right" the first time is important, because it can be hard to change if you have a "lot" of usage (aka, lots of listings). The integrations with your website is good. The backend can be difficult to figure out but once you do, it can be a great resource, even with the "work arounds" that are sometimes needed.
Class registration, tour registration and notifications for events, etc. The ability to make gift cards is pretty substantial feature with this system.
