What do you like best?
Support reps were very good and lots of help getting up and running.
What do you dislike?
Requires additional licensing for multiple NPIs to work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Primarily training staff on how to properly complete their OASIS, this software helped us to quickly scan for and check for errors when on boarding staff and doing spot checks on staff to make sure they are maintaining quality documentation standards.
