Need more flexibility

What do you like best?

I like the interface and most of the functionality. Most of the time it is easy to maneuver.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the search doesn't work and the reporting doesn't export in a friendly way to excel. There needs to be more flexibility on reporting end.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The benefits are that the program is internet based instead of application based which I believe helps.
