What do you like best?

I like that you can look at your own personal queue using CXone. I also like that missed calls are autodialed when the call queue is down.

What do you dislike?

I don't really see a downside with the NICE CXone connection

The queue is routed to other users that are currently available for the quickest call routing and a shorter call queue.
