Advanced user of NGP VANSmartVAN is user friendly and intuitive--more so than other voter file platforms like Catalist
It's difficult to get clear answers on questions and a full picture of pricing from customer service reps.
Platform-wise, I think it's the way to go. Customer service wise, I'd be aware that your questions not be answered in a timely manner unless you're a large organization/campaign or you get someone's cell number.
I utilize SmartVAN for direct mail and digital advertising program data for political and advocacy campaigns. it's an easy and intuitive platform when you're using it for the basics
