Easy to support, customize, and gather data
What do you like best?
NextService is built on NetSuite and that makes it extremely easy to manage your remote workforce and provide application updates and gather data from the field. The app is reliable and the NextService team is willing to help you customize to meet your needs.
What do you dislike?
There are not many things to dislike about NextService - the features that they provide work reliably. The only issue I run into is that support is generally limited to break-fix.

Make sure to learn as much as you can during implementation and take your setup seriously.
