Nextech EMR

What do you like best?

Features, this EMR can do pretty much everything you would want it to do for a clinic. The layout is pretty easy to understand.

What do you dislike?

Lack of documentation has caused me issues before. Nextech dose not like to provide training or documentation for there software. If you have issues in your deployment your going to need to reach out to there custom service which can be hit or missed.

If you are trying to go paperless this may not be a good choice for you.... there ipad app is a bit subpar and is not as intuitive as the desktop version.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would really recommend checking your requirements before picking nextech. Make sure that it dose what you need it to do. Most other EMR software dose paperless pretty well. Nextech dose not.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There EMR software makes managing patient records quite easy for staff and admin. Dose require some training but I feel the layout makes it easy to do so.
