What do you like best?
NextChapter is a massive time-saver and great reconcilliation tool. Our office used the manual state mandated forms for years and it was a nightmare the get all the summaries to balance out. A standard Chapter 7 used to take us a few days to get all the information input into the forms now it takes a matter of hours.
Using NextChapter streamlines the process and minimizes errors.
What do you dislike?
There is a learning curve. It takes doing a few cases to get it down. But once you get a clear understanding you can pump out a Bankruptcy filing in a matter of hours.
Also I wish we could integration outside credit reports. We currently use a difference service to get the credit reports for clients and we are unable to integrate those findings.
