An intuitive and complete CRM.
What do you like best?
NexJ Systems' CRM which was branded for American Family Insurance was an intuitive, clean, and easy-to-use software that allowed me to efficiently handle clients. From the CRM I was able to manage both commercial and residential clients, being able to quickly begin the quoting process for all of American Family Insurance's product.
While the tool was excellent for managing clients, it was also incredibly helpful for keeping organized within the Agency. The "save-to" function allowed me to save emails to the software in order for other co-workers to see the current conversations the client has been having with myself in the case that I was unavailable. This was also incredibly helpful for our Claims department as well.
What do you dislike?
Splitting up households or removing a family member from a household was often a cumbersome task. In the case of a household split often old addresses would bleed into the new household as a secondary address. Having an option to remove the address for the new household at the time of the split would have been helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
NexJ CRM's software is clean and very intuitive. Within a week I felt very comfortable with every aspect of the software. In terms of a CRM software for the Insurance industry it is hard to believe there are better products out there.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
NexJ CRM's tool allowed me to quickly access the entire Agency's book of business. I could often have a client's policies pulled up from their name on the Caller ID before they even finished introducing myself. This allowed me to look efficient and prepared on sales calls, as well as organized while servicing current clients.
The congregation of all of the products American Family Insurance offered under one tab was incredibly helpful. I could bring up the quoting software for Property, Casualty, Life, and Commercial products all from the same page.
Ultimately, NexJ CRM's helped me stay efficient and organized while working within a busy Agency.
