Game Changer for my practice
What do you like best?
Online Scheduling Ease for patients and aesthetic. It makes it easy to interact with patients and gather information with limited communication. Patients feel comfortable scheduling without having to speak to somebody on the phone. I am also able to send mass emails to my existing patient base and other campaign emails. Communication is very easy with support staff at NexHealth. In addition, the owners are available to discuss any issues we might have our find solutions. It is not common for companies to be very pro-client.
What do you dislike?
Lack of integration with Oryx - but they are constantly evolving and helping us find work arounds. Even though it doesn't integrate with my software, I truly don't see my practice functioning without NexHealth software.

Online Scheduling, ability to schedule after hours. Able to gather feedback post appt visit. This allows us to have a better idea of how we are seen by our patients and if changes need to be made by our office. Patients always compliment our website and our online scheduling platform. Reports are available that help us understand our demographics for our practice.
