What do you like best?

I like the fact it fits the similarity of the social networking sites most people are familiar with, i.e. Facebook.

What do you dislike?

The way in which the upgrade was handled was a little more frustrating that perceived, while everything in the end was successful, it took much longer than anticipated.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I think that licensing should accommodate different companies with different environments. We currently have 3 environments and during upgrades run into licensing issues due to the number of activations necessary.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With these it's an easy way for communication based strictly on groups that you follow. This allows for inner-company teams to collaborate or share the goings on of the business quickly and efficiently.
