Excellent Stable Persistence and more than just a VPN
What do you like best?
Company is long established but open to developing according to customer needs and roadmap. Persistence, customisable control options based on user roles and location make this a great fit for national policing and gives the ability for total control of endpoints regardless of the connection. It provides us with greater flexibility around security and access and has demonstrated improvements for remote workers in a variety of situations. We are using it to assist in the transition to the cloud and increasing control and visibility of traffic inside and outside of the VPN. We have truly been on a developing journey with NetMotion and feel valued as a partner and not just a customer.
What do you dislike?
The saturation of the market has meant that some of our internal customers viewed this as just another VPN and it can do so much more. We have fought against this through demos, user stats and the positive views of our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop thinking they are just another VPN and think persistence and user experience with adaptive controllability.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The software improves the performance of our mobile and distance working solutions in a variety of situations from front one first responders to static WFH staff. It is giving us a granular view of the new ways our staff want to and are working during these challenging times and ensures they are doing so safely with the best user experience.
