Great System

What do you like best?

What I like best about NEOGOV is the versatility of the software. We currently use it for our hiring and employee management. It allows our interview panels that constantly switch to have access to all peoples applying for different positions. The access is easily turned on and off. It is also great because it keep an employees evaluations in a location so they are able to access them and refer back to them. It also shows you were in the process they are at. It can let you create reports form it too on the employee. It will give you a plan if they have some areas they need to work on as well.

What I just had it used for was evaluations and makes it so easy. The form is already in the system just have to fill it in. Can have the employee sign it and even create a goals and action plan so they can achieve these goals.

What do you dislike?

As of right not I have not found something that I dislike about the software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Its great and can serve multiple functions. Just make sure you train your employees on how to use it and inform them of the amount of things the software can do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It was to consolidate our hiring processes around and allow more people experiences with interview panels. It also has allowed evaluations and improvement plans to be accessible from any computer without have hard copies being available.
