What do you like best?

1. It is easy to install and update the application and in which Stable performance, easy to use interface with other module such as customer CRM and other supply chain module.

2. Functionality is simple back office and easy understand for the associate to ring the sales in the POS machine.

What do you dislike?

1. Delay in updating the sales information in back office .

2. Limitation in reporting in terms of sales data for business analysis

2. Trouble in facing the customer service support in sometimes .
