What do you like best?

I like the ability to sort fields and find items easily. I like the launchpad that lets me see my tasks for the day and upcoming tasks.

What do you dislike?

I absolutely hate the letters. If you take longer than a minute or two to edit a letter, it will not save. This means if you spend 30 minutes perfecting a letter, you will lose all of your work. You must save every minute or two as you work. Additionally, there is no ability to cut and paste. Therefore, if I've perfected wording in a letter and want to copy it over to another letter, I am unable to do so.

Beware of the letters function, it has been a lot of trouble.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps with claim administration. All of the necessary information is accessible. It allows you to import claim-specific information into state forms without having to type everything out.
