What do you like best?
I like how this program addressed the needs we were looking to meet and then some. I work with approx 20 people to make our board meeting a success and this cuts my time in half because I can do everything from one place with permissions directly in the program.
What do you dislike?
I don't like that I have to change the root file permissions when put into a boardbook, but I understand why, and I don't really have a solution to offer. I have also encountered glitches with Microsoft Teams and the windows suite disconnecting when the company does updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give it a try. It saves so many headaches and so much time.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm saving over a week's worth of time and the board presentation process is much easier and at least one day quicker when last minute changes need to be made. We were also solving the issue of files being too large for an email. This way we can send a link AND add to the briefcase if necessary. Definitely much easier to collaborate now that we are working remotely.
