What do you like best?

I like that just with the scanner, your able to cut time on trying to figure out the cost of the item, inventory and also on future cuts. This system allows my business to be in Las Vegas and I would be able to see the live data and all the orders once they scan and complete the the sales order. The inventory gets automatically deducted once an order is placed helping us keep track of inventory as well. I love that it integrates all parts of my business in any part of the world to one software.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that sometimes the scanners do not scan the barcode and inputting it manually takes longer than expected keeping the customer waiting. We begin to rely too much on machines rather than knowing your product firsthand

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inventory problems, making sales orders, adding in new styles and descriptions and breakdown packs. Customer input and keeping track of paid and unpaid invoices. The benefits are endless and ever since I started using N41, it has cut my work load in half and all my employees are happy with it as well
