Leave a great platform due to customer requirements
What do you like best?
Sure, easy to use. Your rock solid backup solution — it's only working. Many people in the competition can't say that conveniently. I realize that it is vital to offer easy-to-use solutions for my customers. I believe that during the SolarWinds Backup item I have that offer.
What do you dislike?
Expenses. Sometimes the service cost is an obstacle for customers. At this point, we really have to double the value, but it generally sells.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that any customer IT infrastructure bottlenecks are identified and configured as required. Established local caching to mitigate the problem, if necessary.
