What do you like best?

I love the format.

The simple design allows for easy navigation through the website.

It does not feel like a confusing maze.

The portal also allows you to easily input grades and give the assignments different weights to allow for a more fair overall average.

Also the parents get updates to their phone as soon as a student misses an assignment and receives a 0 so the parents are more likely to catch slacking early on.

What do you dislike?

The final averages are rounded to the nearest whole number instead of the nearest decimal or hundredth which would have been far more useful and precise.

I also dislike that generating reports is a bit complicated and not straightforward. I wish the platform had offered teachers more training on all the options available and how to utilize the report option better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The platform allows us to keep parents updated regularly as to how their students are doing throughout the year and in each class.

One of the benefits we have realized which is huge for our school is that students and parents are now regularly logging in and checking their grades whereas before on the other platform our school used none of the students or parents ever checked their grades because the password was very complicated.
