What do you like best?

1. In my workplace this tool is easy to use and intuitive project management software

2. I am using a paid edition in my organization

3. I am using it for Reporting and CRM and managing multiple projects and having a track of it is really effortless

4. We get a complete timeline for the projects in a Gannt view which helps us to track it on my project

5. This tool also supports Kanban methodology

6. We are using Online editing which is possible in this tool unlike other tools where editing online was not possible

7. At my workplace, we are creating projects and tracking it as per the progress

What do you dislike?

1. What I dislike about this product is that, it is expensive compared to other tools

2. We tried integrating MS office project with this tool and also tried transferring data directly from one MS Office Project to MyCollab. This process was a bit cumbersome - we either had to export it in file formats from MS Office Project and then import it in our MyCollab tool. Simple connector was not possible for streamlining the data

Recommendations to others considering the product:

1. At workplace, MyCollab is one of the best tools for us in terms of project management as it is an all-in-one package for the organization

2. Along with Project Management - Tasks, Issues and Customer management are the key features of this tool

3. This tool does support mobile web apps

4. We have created dashboard, projects and reports at my workplace. My leader has created multiple projects via which we have access to check and track it's progress. It's great and intuitive!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1. The major problem when we were using other tools is the tracking of multiple projects

2. The charts in gannt view are visually appealing and looks neat and clean to understand where the project is going

3. It is easy to deploy it and also supports QR coding for ease of sharing to other members within organization

4. At my workplace, earlier we used to have microsoft project being used but after using MyCollab the customization of creating projects and looking at it's milestone is smooth and effortless.
