What do you like best?

The way campaigns and assets are sorted on Myadbox makes it easy and quick to find any one asset or piece of creative you might need to find (and especially when you need to find it quickly).

What do you dislike?

I think the approval process probably needs to become far more organic for the platform. Many organisations use Myadbox to interact between themselves and franchises or retailers which means they want to be able to have oversight on the work prior to it being seen by the public. If this step is in place the process should be as easy as looking at artwork and approving it (followed by a notification sent to the customer). Maybe this can be improved with SMS notification on approved art?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I can't see one good reason you shouldn't be using MyAdbox as an interface between head office or your organisation and other marketers your organisation might have a relationship with.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They mostly have to do with corporate identity. Myadbox allows our organisation to quickly send artwork to agencies and ensure that they follow the same design laws that head office set out.
