Advanced user of My AllyThe ease of use and made a lot of enhancements. It changes the way scheduling of interviews are going to be. The interview scheduling is faster more precise. I like how we are able to collaborate with the My Ally team with the every enhancements being done to make the tool better.
Since, technology is new, there are still more improvements that can be done. Dashboard and reporting can still be enhanced. SLA can still be improved so it can be faster. I hope we can give room where we don't rely too much in another tool, so that when one of the tool which is connected to fails it doesn't affect My Ally much and we ca still use the tool regardless.
