What do you like best?
Working in the food & beverage industry it has been essential to have MPOWR Envision. I personally like the ability to get progress notes and add collaborators to my strategy. It puts everyone on the same page and it helps give visibility to other departments. For instance, we had progress notes come through another department and we were able to pivot fast which ended up saving us thousands had we not seen that information.
What do you dislike?
After looking into other software platforms I came back to MPOWR because of the collaboration aspect. Like other reviews state the collaboration and visibility aspect has been essential for us. The team has gone above and beyond in support services. I have never worked with a more positive team willing to help our business at any time.

After reviewing several strategy and project platforms I found this one best for our global business. I recommend seeing MPOWR Envision for yourself to see if it's suited for your needs. We have already received a payoff with its implementation.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The problem we were facing was lag time with communication between departments. This has helped elevate the needed resources to our senior leadership team The leadership team can now see the gaps within our business in real-time instead of quarterly meetings. This has given us a competitive edge by being able to respond faster and fill business-related gaps. We tried project management and communication tools but they are too tactile and this gives a completely different perspective.
