Platform is a time-saver; customer service is meh

What do you like best?

Devoting more time to the design of your email rather than the coding aspect. It could not be easier than creating your email in Photoshop and Illustrator and uploading the file or image file to the platform. Once uploaded, just splice it up how you would like it, insert alt tags and URLs and you're done.

What do you dislike?

While most of the platform is user-intuitive, some are not and finding answers can be cumbersome with their help guide. The customer service is meh. Not the worst, not the best.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It makes it easier to focus on your content and design rather than spending time coding together an email. The only coding you're doing is copying and pasting the final HTML file to your ESP.
