Easy to setup and maintain moresolds. xxx
What do you dislike?
I am unable to contact Moresolds by phone . Quite often I had to create a ticket for a support issue then wait for a while (Maybe days) for a response.
Moresolds did not do any upgrades to the system as they promised on the
first page of the Moresolds home page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
difficult to get a live support person

Database is easy to use therefore saving time
