What do you like best?

How easy it is to use! It does what you want it to do and even provides snarky comments when you type too much.

What do you dislike?

That is difficult to search for students and past messages (this was addressed in the most recent update, so I know that they are working on it!)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
