What do you like best?

An all-in-one sales tool that allows our sales team to provide an interactive experience with customers. The app provides a way to showcase our products in 3D spins through the Modus virtual product tour. The app also provides ease of access to our product information and a way for our sales team to send trackable followup emails to their prospective clients. Modus also is quick to respond to functionality requests for improvement.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing that I strongly dislike. The only thing that would be nice is to have a standalone app that has been branded for our company. It would also be nice to have more analytics on customer interaction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have them give you a tour of the product. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We were able to bring to life our products and showcase them in 3D spins through the Modus virtual product tour. This has greatly helped our customers better visualize our products.
