What do you like best?

They always answer the phone- love their engineers and customer success team for their commitment and passion. excellent customer service and innovative suggestions on how to reach the customer and get a great ROI

when my mobile credit runs out and i forgot to contact them for a top-up

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

data cleanup issues- i like that the system recognizes duplicates, invalid numbers etc so we don't waste time sending a message to invalid numbers and waste money
