What do you like best?

It's easy to upload list and become familiar with the way the platform words. Launching a new Mobile Communication Cloud. They just updated a lot of new features online to connect with people and send messages to subscribers a back and forward. With alerts, conversations and campaigns.

What do you dislike?

It can be confusing to keep your list numbers accurate, their export + import excel system can be really glitchy we have lost hundreds of subscribers just trying to clean up our mailing list. Additionally at times their team can be rash and go through and “help clean up the list but really just have hundreds of subscribers disappear. They always have strange reasons for drastic drops. Which means building a solid list can be a real challenge.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are broadcasting thousands of emailed from business to business and directly to consumers. They even do text messaging.
