What do you like best?

Other advantage is the capacity to re-reason or rename fields. The capacity to make custom perspectives and reports which have expanded the productivity of billing.

Other advantage that it is that gives me the ability to dispatch by means of email and outwardly observe arrangements on the dispatch board.

What do you dislike?

The user interface may not be the prettiest, but definitely it is functional and easy to follow.

The programs mapping is outdated and not user friendly, although they do include Google Maps as an option. It would be nice if GPS integration were possible.

Other disadvantage is the not knowing all of its capabilities because they don't explain it. I would like an owners manual on everything I can do with it. Other disadvantage is that the interface only it is written in English and it doesn't have any translation to other languages like Spanish or Chinese.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You don't need to have a computer for utilize it because they have an app for Android and Apple devices.
