What do you like best?

It's lightweight and relatively simple to use. Low cost.

What do you dislike?

Not nearly as powerful and dynamic as a true BI tool

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a decent basic software for manufacturing and territory management but falls short of a true Bi Tool. It lacks depth of visualization etc. often I would extract the basic data and manipulate that data in xl.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
