Advanced user of MiniTool ShadowMakerProduct was easy to purchase and install. That's where it ends.
For the price point there are far more fulsome and mature backup products for small to medium business. I was unable to get the software to work as advertised after multiple attempts. What was frustrating is it would appear to be working and then backups would crash. Company's approach to refund leaves a lot to be desired as well. In summary, a product that is not ready for commercial market. Minitool's other products seem to have great reviews so maybe this product will mature over time.
