What do you like best?

The layers and layers of detail that can be added to user accounts is great but the data entry can be tedius

What do you dislike?

It's been hard to train new administrators on how to fully utilize the software because it is not intuitive and things are hidden where you might not expect to look. Also wish there was a pop-up to warn you when you are about to make a duplicate user.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't be afraid to reach out to the customer support folks, they've definitely been the best part of using this platform. They are very friendly and helpful
