Big Promise, No Delivery

What do you like best?

It aesthically pleasing, but beyond that there wasn't an upside.

What do you dislike?

No support for the app or desktop site. Wait time for the initial visit is weeks if not months. Very limited doctors. The tests they promote aren't even allowed/offered for the first several months.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In theory this should have allowed people to be more proactive woth their healthcare, but in practice it only added to frustrations.
