What do you like best?
Millie makes it incredibly easy to manage donation matching and get employees excited about giving back. The interface is gorgeous and a cinch to navigate, both for admins and employees, and has definitely saved us a ton of time in figuring out how to manage a philanthropic program for the first time. In addition, new features are continuously being added that make Millie an even more enjoyable experience.
My favorite part of Millie is the charitable gift-giving feature, which we now use to help our employees make a difference on their birthdays. Feedback we've heard from our employees is that they only wish they had more birthdays a year!
What do you dislike?
Nothing! The Millie team is incredibly responsive and has quickly answered any question or resolved any issue we've had.

Millie makes approving donation matches so easy. One thing we feared when putting together our employee match program was the administrative burden it could create on the People and Finance team. With Millie, it takes seconds!
