Milestones Professional is a great tool for illustrating schedules/ timelines.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is quite dated and not very intuitive, so you must be familiar with the tool in order to get good use out of it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Often use MS Professional to communicate more easily with a large audience. Very easy to understand and quickly pick up the message.
